 1. What is EMF Mail service and how does it work?
 
EMF is a mail forwarding and exchange service for communicating with ladies which helps overcome language and cultural barriers.

When a gentleman submits a letter to a lady, the agency will notify her and deliver the mail. She will reply via the agency, who provides the lady with free relationship guidance and translation services if required. This can resolve communication problems caused by language or cultural differences, leading to obstacle-free communication and more successful relationships.

 2. How much does it cost to use EMF Mail?
 
One Qpid Credit will be deducted from your account for each mail you send or receive via EMF Mail service.
 
 
 3. I can’t attach photos to my mail. Why?
 
For each EMF mail, you can attach a maximum of 3 images, each of which must be between 20kb and 600kb and be in JPEG format.

If you encounter difficulties attaching photos to your EMF message, you may send them to us at membercs@qpidnetwork.com. We would love to help you resize and attach them to your mail.
 
 
 4. How do I know that the mail I sent has been delivered and received?
 
The agency is requested to deliver the EMF mail within 24 hours and obtain the lady's reply within 72 hours. The agency staff will make every reasonable effort to ensure your messages are delivered to the lady in a timely manner. Methods include telephone, email, fax, instant messaging, etc.

To check the status of your sent mail, sign in to your account and go to Services > EMF Mail > Sent Mail.

The status is listed as:
- U: A paper copy of your mail will be printed by the agency
- P: The agency has received your mail and will deliver it as soon as possible
- D: The agency has delivered your mail

If the delivery process takes longer than normal, you will be notified in the "Remarks" field beside the corresponding mail. Please click on "View." Possible reasons for delays are:

i) On weekends or public holidays, the agency is short of staff to take care of the mail as fast as usual.

ii) The lady cannot be contacted because of her personal situation; she is on a business trip out of town, or other unexpected circumstances.
 
 
 
 5. How long does it usually take to receive the lady's reply?
 
Generally speaking, you will receive a reply within 72 hours. Please take translation time into consideration.

The time may be longer during times of high demand, and on weekends when agencies have fewer staff on duty. You'll be notified of the reasons if there's a delay in receiving a reply.
 
 
 
 6. Why can't I see any new mail after I have received a new notification?
 
It is possible that you have read the mail already as the notification may arrive at your mailbox a bit later.

Another possible reason is that the mail is hidden because the agency has spotted a mistake in it. If this is the case, please check your credit history. Credits charged will be returned manually for such cases.
 
 
 
 7. How do I forward the mails to my email?
 
By clicking the link "Forward this mail to my E-mail" at the bottom of each mail, the message will be then forwarded to your personal email account (the email you used during registration).

To protect the privacy of you and the ladies, we do not support the forwarding services to other email accounts.
 
 
 
 8. How does the block list work?
 
If you add a lady to your Block List she will not be able to contact you through EMF mail. The agency will be notified that you no longer wish to receive mail from the lady. Generally speaking, we do not advise our gentlemen to block a lady unless you seriously decide future communication is impossible. Whatever reason you give to block the lady, she will assume you are not polite and have no interest or patience for future contact. So, before you make the decision, please try to share your concern with the lady and hear her response. She will most likely understand and appreciate your honesty.

Also, if you wish to control the cost on EMF Mail, you can discuss with your lady and figure out a way agreeable to both of you. Communication is built on mutual understanding. Respect and trust will help to work out a long-term relationship.
 
 
 
 9. Can I ask for a credit refund if I am not satisfied with the reply?
 
Ladies responses are delivered to you on an "as-is" basis by the local agency. If you are unhappy with the response, please kindly check our Refund Policy to see if it meets with the requirements. We will consider whether your credit should be returned based on this policy after thorough investigation.

During the mail forwarding process, situations can occur where there is incomplete understanding, unclear expression or errors in the messages received. At the same time, because the management and level of professionalism of agency staff may vary, the proficiency with which mail is handled, the quality of translation and service provided may also be affected. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with a lady's reply, you can follow the guidelines below:

1) If the lady has not replied to your questions, or there are misunderstandings, you can talk to the lady about it. If you need help from a translator, you can leave a message for the translator at the end of the mail.

2) If you no longer wish to receive mail from a lady you can add her to your Block List.

3) If you have concerns regarding the quality of mail translation or handling, you can leave a message using the "Satisfaction Rate" appraisal system. Then the agency staff will understand your concerns and can take appropriate measures to improve the quality of service.

4) If you have received the same mail multiple times, there are errors in the mail content, or you suspect improper handling by the agency, please contact Customer Care. We will follow up and deal with your concerns according to our related policies.
 
 
 
 10. Can I exchange personal contact information via the website?
 
No. Our first priority is and will always be the protection and wellbeing of our members. For security and safety reasons, members are not permitted to exchange personal contact information via any of the site's services, including EMF Mail, Live Chat, Love Call, Gifts & Flowers, etc.

If you would like to have more personal and closer contact with the lady, our site offers Live Chat for you to chat directly with the lady online, Love Call to hear her voice on the phone and Video Show to let you see her real videos. You can also meet the lady in person through Cupid Date. All these services are designed to help you better understand and decide whether you and the lady are compatible, and work toward a promising relationship.

 11. Can a lady contact me by EMF Mail first?
 
Sometimes. Normally, EMF Mail correspondence between a gentleman and a lady must be initiated by the gentleman, but to help gentlemen better utilize our service and make connections with the ladies they are interested in, a lady can send you a first EMF Mail if you have previously chatted with her on Live Chat. This mail can be sent by her only once. If you receive this kind of mail, it means the lady is interested in knowing more about you. You can reply to her either by EMF mail or Live Chat to further communication.

This first EMF Mail costs the same as regular EMF mail. If you do not wish to receive this kind of mail from ladies, you can change your Live Chat settings.
 
 
 
 12. My mail did not get sent, why?
 
1. Did you spend a very long time writing your mail? For security purposes, members are automatically logged out for inactivity after 8 hours.

2. Did you try to attach over-sized photos to your mail? You can attach a maximum of three images to your mail and the size of each image should be 20kb to 600kb. If your photos exceed this size, please resize them before sending your message.

3. Have you sent a lot of EMF mail within a short period? If this is the case, your account may have been automatically suspended for account safety and to prevent misconduct.

Important note: Compose your message in MS Word first, then copy and paste it to EMF to avoid losing any messages.
