If you have already obtained a CharmingDate account, you may sign in with the Login Email/Member ID and your password (as confirmed upon registration).

1. "Login Email/Member ID"
Please enter your email address (or member ID) in lower case. It should be in the correct format.

2. "Login Password"
Please note that your password is case sensitive. Check and see if you turn on the "Caps Lock" or "A" on your keyboard or not.

3. Can you send me my password if I forgot it?
Yes. Please enter your email address in the box below, and then click Submit. We will send the password to you by email. If you haven't received it in 24 hours, please contact us.

4. What can I do if I forgot my member ID & other login details?
You can recover the login details by confirming the system your private information. Please provide your full name and birthday as submitted during registration, along with your present email address. Upon confirmation we will notify you of the login details.

5. I tried everything but still can't sign in? Why?
If you tried every possible way to retrieve back your password and login email but still fail to sign in, you may need to adjust certain settings of your Internet browsers.

It is possible that you need to clear cookies and cache and disable pop-up blocker for your Internet browser. Check and make sure that your browser accepts cookies. If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, you may follow the below instructions:

1). Click 'Tool" bar on the top of your browser, choose "Internet Options". Then, select "Privacy", choose "Advanced". On the new message window, select 'Accept cookies", then click OK.

2). Click "General", in "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files". When these finish, click on the "OK" button. If it still doesn't work, go to the 'Tool' bar on top on your browser, choose "Internet Options" and go to 'Privacy' section. You may choose the security level no higher than "Medium".

Then if you are still unable to login, please contact us direct.

6. I canceled my membership. Can I re-activate again?

Yes. You can use your old member ID/Login Email and password to reactivate your membership on the CharmingDate login page only if you do not violate any rules or regulations governing the use of the site.
